Digital ads will be displayed on event screens throughout the luncheon.

Ad Specifications (TV / Event Screen)

• Format: JPG or PNG

• Orientation: Landscape (16:9)

• Recommended Size: 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD)

• Color Mode: RGB

• File Size: Under 10MB

• No video or animation (static images only)

3. Upload artwork using the provided form by Monday, March 16, 2026

4. Your ad will be scheduled for display during the event

All ads must be submitted by the stated deadline. No on-site edits.
