Natalie B. McKenzie is a public health professional, experienced health advocate, and wellness strategist committed to advancing the wholeness of women and families around the world. With three decades of dedicated service, she has become a trusted voice in healthcare advocacy, women’s wellness, and culturally responsive community engagement. She credits her undergraduate and graduate studies—as well as her lived experiences—for helping her navigate the complexities of advocacy and care coordination.

As the Founder and CEO of The Whole Woman, LLC, Natalie leads a multicultural wellness platform that promotes balance, vitality, and self-revelation for women from all walks of life. Her work is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves access to resources supporting her physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She is especially committed to underserved communities where access to quality healthcare and opportunity remains limited.

Natalie’s expertise is backed by formal training in health advocacy and education. She uses her platform to elevate wellness conversations through digital media, curated experiences, and philanthropic initiatives. Her Facebook Live show, Living Life Authentically, and The Whole Woman Podcast on Café Mocha’s Mocha Podcasts Network amplify the voices of changemakers in health, lifestyle, and community sectors.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Natalie launched Quaran-Tea, a daily digital series that connected global audiences with medical experts, wellness professionals, and civic leaders. The show ran for over 200 episodes and now serves as an archive of healing and hope.

Her nonprofit arm, Fighting Atrocities Against Women Worldwide (FAAWW), raises funds and awareness for women and children across the globe impacted by violence, poverty, and health disparities. Signature events such as Women Honoring Women and TWW’s Annual Holiday Fundraiser support these efforts and celebrate those making a difference.

Natalie’s impact has earned her numerous honors, including the “Outstanding Community Service” Award from JAMCCAR, the “Woman Making a Difference” Award from the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Bergen/Passaic Chapter, and the Philanthropy Award at the Jewel of the Nile Gala hosted by Wilbert F. Mays Seventh-day Adventist School.

Natalie also holds a Certificate of Completion in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School’s online executive education program. She is also the author of 30 Day Gratitude & Hope-Based Mindset Journal.

A philanthropist, advocate, lifestyle coach, and entrepreneur, Natalie creates safe spaces for dialogue, restoration, and collective healing—whether in the boardroom or the community. Her mission is clear: to guide women and families toward living fully, joyfully, and authentically.

She resides in Englewood, New Jersey, with her husband, Obie L. McKenzie, and continues to inspire global audiences with her mantra: “I wish you enough.”
